The main hall  (the photo shows the end of the room) is large enough to fit a twenty piece orchestra, or a choir - but it's main use is live off the floor recordings. Bands can come in a perform as a unit, using headphone monitoring (or ambient sound if preferred). It is a cost effective way of recording a well rehearsed unit, and still get excellent results. As you can see, there is a green screen in place at the time of the photo as the hall is an excellent place to create video content for marketing your music.
